Here in our community, your participation can help bring a much-needed facility that will provide comfort, dignity, and care for individuals and families during life’s most challenging moments. By hiking or pledging, you’re helping us take another crucial step toward making this dream a reality for southern Bruce and Grey counties, and the surrounding areas.
This spring, people across Canada will join forces to gather pledges and hike in support of hospice palliative care. This exciting nationwide initiative not only raises vital funds but also brings much-needed awareness to the importance of compassionate, end-of-life care in every community.

Durham 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. (Durham Conservation Area)
Hanover 12:30 - 3:30 P.M. (Hanover P&H Centre)
Mildmay 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. (Mildmay Carrick Community Centre)
Paisley 12:00 - 3:00 P.M. (Paisley Rotary Riverside Palace)
Walkerton 1:00 - 4:00 P.M. (Walkerton Agricultural Building)
